Excellent brown Steiff Teddy, made in the late 30s or early 40s. He is wood wool stuffed and covered with smooth brown silk plush, almost 12" (knappe 30 cm) tall, glass eyes, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, original felt paw pads, long arms and hump back, non-working squeaker. The bear is in excellent condition, no fur loss, no repairs and has still the underscored FF-button in ear.

This rather hard to find Steiff model made in the late 30s or early 40s is almost 12" (knappe 30cm) high, covered with soft, slightly curled light blond silk plush. Original shoe button eyes, black stitched nose and mouth, 4 stitched claws, original felt paw pads with a few holes, non-working squeaker, pronounced hump back. Teddy has a sweet faithful facial expression, long upbend arms and a blank slightly rusted button in ear. Overall condition is good, wear and balding to both arms, other covering is still pretty good for that material.
