ST. BERNHARD STEIFF DOG ON METAL WHEELS, FF-button 1909 ! ! !

Wonderful early Steiff St. Bernhard dog on metal wheels with strong frame, made 1909 with underscored FF-button in ear, covered with with vibrant red/orange and beige longhaired mohair. 20" long and 16" high incl. wheels, brown/black glass eyes, pink restiched nose, non- working press voice. The dog is overall in pretty good condition, mohair loss to the right side of body and tail, some wear to the head, few stiches to the mouth, 80% of the covering ist still present. An expressive old STeiff dog, with great features.
