Nice made horse on wood board with metal wheels. Board is 3.6" long, horse is 4" (10cm) tall incl. ears, covered with a kind of felt, it has a leather saddle, reins and bridle made of leather.
I am not sure about the age, could be a detailed made replica. A very nice little accessory for your bears or dolls.

Little horse made in the 30s in Germany, wood board is 3.4" long, 3.2" (8cm) tall. It is made of a kind of paper mache, red painted tin wheels, very nice details. Good overall condition.
